Biofuel producer BlueFire Ethanol Fuels, Inc., has changed its name to BlueFire Renewables, Inc., to reflect its move to develop a wider range of renewable fuels.
The company based in Irvine, California, is currently developing biodiesels and biojet fuels from cellulosic feedstocks.
It is currently in the process of developing two cellulosic ethanol facilities in Lancaster, California, and Fulton, Mississippi.
